Crash Test Dummy Prop Hand Screen Used Worn by "Vince"

Vince and Larry were crash test dummies created in 1985 and shown via a series of public service announcements created by the Ad Council and the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The crash test dummies were used to promote safety belt use as their commercials featuerd a variety of car accidents. The dummies were not harmed but humans would have been killed or hurt badly was the point of the commericials. The Hand was worn by a crash test dummy in a commercial and is made of foam rubber. |
