Men at Work
Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen team up
to play garbage men who uncover an illegal toxic dumping
operation in their own city. The movie begins with the
pair collecting trash as they usually do with tossed
garbage cans in the street and noise to wake up everyone
they can. A pair of local cops hassels them almost
everyday but they seem to have gotten used to it by now. After work the pair peeps on a girl with a telescope and discover that she is being mistreated by the man who is with her. Determined to right the wrong, one of them shoots the man in the rear with a pellet gun from far away. They both then hide and laugh. Shortly after their incident the man is killed and ends up found the next day by the film's enterprising trash men. They decide that turing in the body would implicate themselves as they shot him with a pellet gun earlier. The trash men ask the advice of a crazed ex army guy who helps them to stash the body. The army dude even helps the trash men get even with the cops that always gave them trouble By the film's end the trash men and their army friend have discovered a large toxic dumping operation and brought down those responsible. |
